Fatigue Test Rig

Fatigue Test Rig is actually an endurance test for the motor. The motor is tested for the following cycles :

Angle test : The motor is made to run at 120, 240 and 360 degree separately in both clockwise and anti clockwise direction. This sequence is repeated for the set number of times and the results recorded.

Revolutions test - In this test, the motor is made to run for 9.6, 19.2, 38.4 and 96 rotations in clockwise and anti-clockwise direction for the set number of cycles and the results recorded.
