Pre-heating, Painting, Curing and Cooling Oven

Pre-heating :
Automatic conveyorised pre-heating oven heats Starter Yoke, Armature or Alternator Stator to desired levels and duration removing moisture before varnish impregnation.

Painting booth :
Rotating yoke is sprayed by a gun moving up and down enabling the painting to take place at all places of the yoke uniformly.

Post-curing :
Automatic conveyorised post-curing oven cures Starter Yoke, Armature or Alternator Stator to desired levels and duration after varnish impregnation.
